What possible career jobs can I pursue?
Ok so I’m 17 and I’ve been in an Architecture program in high school for 3 years now and next year will be my 4th year in it. It gives no college credit but it’ll offer some in my 4th year and it’ll give me an advantage when I go to college (If I choose Architecture as a career choice, which is unlikely).
Lately I haven’t really liked the subject’s courses and line of work but it looked great 3 years ago when I was choosing programs.
Now I’m having second thoughts about being an Architect, the architects that I’ve heard had said they earn by how many commissions they get (and they say it’s lucky to get some), they work all-nighters when they do have one and go weeks at a time without one. I want something steady and reliable.
When I was younger I wanted to be a Vet, then before that a restaurant owner, then real estate (I don’t know why I wanted to do that as a kid), basically I’m not sure what I should follow.
I don’t want to be a stay at home mom, because I want to work to earn my own, I don’t like it when people pay for things for me.
I love animals (pets I’ve owned are rabbits, turtles (big and small), geese, baby chicks, birds of different species, cats, dogs, iguanas, lizards, fish, and a few more I can’t remember), plants (my mother has plants everywhere in the house and a big fruit and flower garden), biology, the environment (I’m a captain of our school’s recycling group and last year we recycled 72 metric tons), I also like food, I make strange recipes that taste good when I have nothing to do, I like computers too, always on my laptop.
I’m just stumped here.
I’ve emailed my counselor about taking a career aptitude test but the problem with that is I have to choose a main subject to help pick a specific career, plus my counselor is hard to get a hold of.
What possible careers could I follow with any of these interests?
Suggestions? What do you do? Do you like it?
Oh yeah and my father is a mechanic and my mother is a stay-at-home mom

How can I tame my two-year-old iguana?
Back in January, I adopted a year-and-a-half-old iguana with a severe calcium deficiency. In addition, though the pet store I adopted the iguana from did not alert me, I found that my iguana had also suffered from a bacterial infection that had been treated in the pet store before his adoption (I hope it was treated then, at least). As a result, my iguana lost several of his toes, which the pet store assured me was normal. Nearly six months later, my iguana is healthy and happy, with new limb growth and a healthy, alert appearance. However, although I have tried to tame him during the last few months, he remains aggressive and skittish. Do you have any recommendations of how to tame such an iguana?
